MOOYARI is a premium affiliate digital gaming marketplace. We curate and present digital products — including PC games, PlayStation cards, in-game currency, software licenses, memberships, and AI tools — and connect users with trusted external affiliate partners where these products can be purchased.

Because MOOYARI operates as an affiliate intermediary, we do not sell any products directly, and we do not process any payments. All purchases, transactions, and digital product deliveries are handled exclusively by the external affiliate partner platforms to which we direct you.

Affiliate Marketplace Refund Model

MOOYARI's role in any transaction is limited to referring users to our affiliate partners through tracked links. Here is how the model works:

  • You browse products on the MOOYARI website and find an item you wish to purchase.
  • You click the "Buy Now" button and are redirected to an external affiliate partner platform.
  • You create an account, enter your payment details, and complete the purchase on the partner platform.
  • The partner platform delivers the digital product directly to you.
  • If you need a refund, this request must be made to the partner platform — not to MOOYARI.

ⓘ MOOYARI never receives or holds any funds from your purchase. Any commission earned by MOOYARI is paid separately by the partner platform.

Each affiliate partner platform has its own refund and dispute resolution policies. Before completing a purchase on any partner platform, we encourage you to review their individual refund terms.

  • Eneba — Offers buyer protection for certain eligible issues such as invalid keys.
  • Kinguin — Provides a buyer protection program under specific conditions.
  • G2A — Operates a marketplace with individual sellers, so refund eligibility may vary by seller.

Refund eligibility, timeframes, and processes differ across platforms. MOOYARI cannot override, influence, or guarantee the outcome of any refund request made to an external partner.

Digital Product Refund Limitations

Digital products — including activation keys, gift card codes, in-game currency codes, subscription codes, and software licenses — are generally subject to strict refund limitations across the industry.

  • Digital codes can be used or redeemed immediately upon delivery.
  • Partners and publishers may not be able to verify post-delivery use in all cases.
  • Platform terms of service often classify redeemed codes as non-refundable.

⚠ Once a digital code or key has been revealed, redeemed, or used, refund eligibility is typically very limited or unavailable on most partner platforms.

Incorrect or Region-Locked Products

Some digital products are region-specific. If you receive a product that does not work in your region, or if the partner product description was inaccurate, you may be eligible for a resolution from the partner platform.

  • Always check product region and platform compatibility before purchasing.
  • MOOYARI tries to surface products relevant to Egypt and GCC, but region restrictions are set by publishers and partners.
  • If you believe a product is incorrect, contact the partner immediately without redeeming the code.

  • Duplicate charges — Contact the partner's billing support and your bank.
  • Subscription not activated — Contact the partner and the relevant platform support.
